In regards to the price of our services, we bill at 8% of the total lease amount for leasing services which pencils roughly the first months rent, and an additional 6% taken from the monthly rents. Our rates are competitive and our service and marketing reach is superior. From the moment we have a listing agreement; we can take photographs and begin marketing within 48 hours.
